Stand Up Awareness Week is when students and staff at Scariff Community College recognise and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community by participating in a national campaign run by Belong To Youth Services. Through this important campaign, Scariff CC are showing solidarity with LGBTQ+ young people to ensure they feel seen, heard, and safe.

Our Leaving Cert Biology class visited the Flaggy shore in north Clare as part of our Ecology Fieldwork. Jess from the Burren OEC guided us through surveying an area for various seaweeds and animal life from the lower shore up to the splash zone and noting differences in species across the Habitat.
