Scariff Community College is proud to support our local community this Christmas in conjunction with Saint Vincent de Paul. Our TY team is leading a school-wide Christmas Hamper Appeal, and we are inviting every student to contribute at least one food item/ one luxury food item suitable for Christmas hampers. Suggested items include non perishable food , a box of chocolates, a small selection box, biscuits, or any festive treat that would help bring a little extra joy to a family in need.

Scariff Library was the location for a fascinating talk on ‘Our Sun, the nearest star’ that our 3rd year science classes attended today. This talk was given by Tony O’Hanlon to coincide with Irish Astronomy Week and to compliment the students Earth & Space unit of Learning.
